About the Creator

Bennie & Co. was created from real-life experience supporting children during extended hospital stays. I adopted children and animals throughout my life. In those environments, I saw how overwhelming noise, stimulation, and constant instruction could be — and how powerful quiet presence and shared reading could be instead. Bennie is inspired by a real dog and the natural way children gravitate toward animals for comfort.

Each learning tool is intentionally simple, gentle, and designed to support connection rather than distraction. These tools are not meant to entertain, but to create space for kindness, patience, and conversation between children and the adults who care for them. Bennie & Co. learning tools are used by families, hospitals, clinics, and animal shelters as calm supports for emotional growth and shared moments.
